Not only do we encourage improvements in body composition and weight by focusing on an individualized dietary approach, but, as a result, we see drastic improvements in glucose management (which is a major risk factor in diabetes), cholesterol/blood lipid profiles, and reductions in important clinical markers for heart disease.

However, as Sigma continued to diversify in regards to clientele interest and goals, we noticed a shift in client focus from short-term improvements in athletic performance, to long-term gains in health status.
Since then, Sigma has been renowned for the development of complete programs for wellness initiatives within corporations, municipalities, and with other high-risk clinical populations, but we still maintain an individual interest in the improvement of sustainable health of each one of our clients no matter their location, goal, or individual challenges.
