Mark has over 19 years of experience as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with an expertise in clinical program development and operations. He has helped to develop and implement multiple clinical programs in healthcare systems around the greater Austin area.
As an experienced educator who spent more than 18 years in the field of cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, Mark has an enduring passion for increasing community awareness for cardiovascular disease and the importance and of risk factor reduction.
Mark Langendorf received his undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sports Science from Southwest Texas State University. He is credentialed through the American College of Sports Medicine where he holds both the Certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist certifications. In 2015, he earned his Master of Arts degree in Communication from Louisiana Baptist University with a concentration in Executive Leadership.
Mark also serves as the Director of Development and Communications for The Public Safety Cardiac Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mission is to educate public safety personnel on the prevention, detection, and treatment of heart disease.
