identify_risk_save_lives

Sigma began with the desire to create efficient avenues for members of public safety seeking a greater measure of health and performance from their daily lives. Today, we have served more than 6500 officers and countless other first responders in the United States.

We understand the dynamic nature of health and all facets of lifestyle changes that can positively affect your well-being. Breaking down the physiological components of health and disease prevention is, at our core, the most effective means of creating a lifestyle around only the most progressive principles of exercise and diet specifically designed to create long term sustainable health.

Not only do we encourage improvements in body composition and weight by focusing on an individualized dietary approach, but, as a result, we see drastic improvements in glucose management (which is a major risk factor in diabetes), cholesterol/blood lipid profiles, and reductions in important clinical markers for heart disease.

Driven Interest

Sigma is interested in only one idea: Improving your on-shift performance and quality of life no matter your age, experience, or gender. We are over 100 years of research in health management and we exist to improve your life through evidence-based screening, individualized information, and feedback designed to sustain your health.

Sigma is the leader in creating effective paths to improve the well-being of all tactical and emergency-response personnel.

Our People

Bringing our life saving program into the world is a multidisciplinary team effort. We are a driven, ambitious and dedicated team, triggered by the opportunity to make a real impact on the health of those who serve and protect us.
