Bringing Advanced Cardiac Screening Directly to First Responders
On-Site+

Bringing Preventive Care to the Front Lines Sigma Tactical Wellness developed the On-Site+ Program to make proactive health screening more accessible for law enforcement officers and public safety personnel. These individuals operate in high-stress, high-risk environments where early health issues often go unnoticed. On-Site+ bridges that gap by delivering meaningful evaluations and follow-up care directly to the workplace—helping ensure that those who serve are equipped to protect their health as well as their communities.

Nutritional and Lifestyle Guidance Recognizing the vital role nutrition and behavior play in health, On-Site+ offers strategies tailored to the individual. Recommendations are made based on personalized data to support better weight management, increased energy, and reduced health risk—empowering participants to take meaningful steps toward improvement without overwhelming their schedules.

Functional and Metabolic Insight As part of the program, participants undergo select assessments designed to evaluate how the body performs under stress and how it utilizes energy. These insights help identify patterns or imbalances that may be affecting overall wellness. From there, tailored recommendations are made to help improve day-to-day functioning, energy levels, and long-term resilience.

Ongoing Support and Clinical Follow-Up After the initial screening, participants engage in follow-up discussions with experienced healthcare providers. These sessions help clarify results, provide targeted advice, and initiate treatment or lifestyle changes as needed. Additional support is available when appropriate to help participants stay on track and continue progressing toward their health goals.
