Kat serves as the Director of Operations for the SIGMA Tactical Wellness division, ensuring the delivery of comprehensive cardiac screening and treatment to our nation’s law enforcement and first responders. She brings over a decade of experience in healthcare operations and logistics to the table. Kat earned her BS in Exercise Science from the University of Vermont followed by her MS in Athletic Training from LIU Brooklyn. Prior to joining SIGMA, Kat oversaw the Central Texas sports medicine outreach program for Baylor Scott & White Rehab and was the Head Athletic Training for Austin’s Major League Rugby team.
